Certificate register

Verify a certificate

Check that a certificate is genuine. Enter the number printed on it to see who it was issued to, what for, and whether it is still valid. No account needed.

It is printed at the bottom of the certificate, next to the QR code.

What a check tells you

And what it doesn't.

It proves
We issued this certificate to this person

A valid result means the certificate is ours, was issued to the person named for the course shown, and has not been withdrawn.

It does not
Who is showing it to you

The register knows the holder's name, not their face. If that matters, ask for photo ID as well.

The register
It can't be browsed

Every number includes a random part and checks are rate-limited, so you can only look up a certificate whose number you already have.
